While you need lots of water before your lymphatic massage, it's also best to have as little food beforehand as possible. If you're unable to fast prior to appointment, try to eat only small snacks or small portions.

Frequently Asked Question's

What is the lymphatic drainage suit?

Our lymphatic drainage suit is a groundbreaking compression therapy system, that uses the proven principles of lymphatic drainage massage to deliver a multi-faceted, effective answer to a number of body issues. Versatile, relaxing and invigorating the suit brings fast and reliable results in the most comfortable setting. It is FDA cleared, safe, effective and non-invasive.

Our two patent-protected, specialized garments with 24 overlapping chambers work to target every inch of the body. The chambers inflate sequentially and the wave-like massage motion increases blood flow to the massaged zones, while removing lingering waste products that age our skin and tissue.

The treatment gently and thoroughly decongests areas of the body and helps release fluids and toxins.

How does the lymphatic system affect the skin?

The ability pf the skin to remain hydrated and receive important nutrients relies heavily on the lymphatic system. A sluggish system means lymph can become thick with toxins which slows cell renewal and the repair needed for wound healing. These toxins create inflammation within the body which can show up on the surface as eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. Inflammation also affects the skin’s ability to replenish and renew!

What is the difference between NormTec compression therapy and what you offer here?

Although the lymphatic drainage suit and Normatec Compression may have similarities, they are both beneficial for their own reasons. Normatec uses a 5-chamber system to help improve blood flow and circulation in a particular area. Our lymphatic drainage suit has 24 chambers and evenly distributes pressure from the legs all the way up to the abdomen. This allows lymph to move up toward the thoracic duct (your body’s largest lymphatic vessel), which ensures the flushing of toxins, excess fluids, and metabolic waste.

In addition to the 24 chambers, our suit is lined with sensors, so every session is adaptive to ensure an optimal and customized treatment. If someone has assymetrical swelling- the device will adjust to accommodate that.

Normatec Compression is great for those looking to recover faster and increase blood flow, whereas those looking to boost their lymphatic system would benefit from the lymphatic drainage suit.
