Spa & Retail Policy

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to give you ample time to relax and prepare for your treatment. All massage & facial service times include time for you to consult with your therapist and to undress before and dress after your service. 

Late &
No Shows

Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter service so the clients booked after you are not penalized. If this is occurs you will be charged for your full service. 

 

Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee. 

We do not provide refunds for no show appointments

Cancellation Policy

Paloma has a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. We will be happy to accommodate if the request is made in advance, but unfortunately last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit. 

 

If you need to Change or Cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service fee applied to your credit card or membership on file. The charge of 50% is to compensate our therapist for missed wages. We thank you for your understanding.

Treatment Times

All service times allow for 10 minutes of dressing and undressing. A 60 minute service includes 50 minutes of hands on time, and a 90 minute service includes 80 minutes of hands on time. 

Payment

A Credit Card is required to book all appointments. 

 

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Please bring the card you wish to use with you to your session.

Age Requirement

Guests who are under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.​ Adult will need to be in the service room while massage is being performed. 

Safety &
Conduct

As professional licensed therapists, we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

Treatment Refunds

As a general rule of thumb, we don’t refund services, but if you’re not happy with your treatment, please reach out to us at 614-929-5434 or info@experiencepaloma.com and we will work with you.  

Retail

Returns with a Receipt 

We gladly accept product returns with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. (No receipt? No problem! We are able to locate your purchase history in our online system and we are happy to look this up for you.)

 

Products must be returned in new and unopened condition for a full refund. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

 

CBD edible products are not returnable and not eligible for store credit.

 

We do not issue refunds for shipping, handling, or packaging fees. 

 

Returns without a Receipt/ Gift Returns 

Products returned without a receipt, or products that were received as gifts will be issued a store credit for the current selling price. This store credit can be used for future product purchases, services, or classes at PALOMA. 

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or surrendered as cash. Gift cards expire 5 years from purchase date.
