Heightened Cleaning + Sanitization Standards
At Paloma, we are committed to the highest standards for cleanliness + sanitization - our space will be deep-cleaned weekly and we will be vigilantly wiping down all high-touch surfaces + cleaning all restrooms hourly.
We’ve invested in state-of-the-art technologies to maximize sanitation for our guests and our staff. Like what? Here are some of our favorites.
An Air purification system installed that kills bacteria and viruses throughout the entire space
UV phone and key sanitizers for all guests
Touchless Bathroom (yup, you don’t need to touch the soap dispenser, faucet, a paper towel holder or door handle leaving the restroom!)
Safety + Protection
We’ve established the most stringent protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and healers. Upon arrival you will be screened by taking your temperature and asked to wash hands before services. We ask you to bring and wear a mask and our team will be fully equipped with the appropriate protective gear. Forgot your mask? It happens. We want you here and are happy to supply you with one.
In The Space
Our team’s committed to delivering best-in-class hospitality while maintaining social distancing. Signage + wayfinding around the space will make it super clear + easy just how + where you should stand. We ask that you fill out all paperwork + waivers electronically prior to your visit. Finally, our Retail space will be holding off on communal product sampling until its totally safe.
Here is what we are asking of you
We are so excited for you to experience Paloma. If you are not feeling your best the day of your appointment you can cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment time. You can cancel on-line but please also call if you are canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
