A Mindful Happy Hour |

Mindful Eating Meditation

We explore a mindful eating model that explains why eating and drinking is not just about food or the body. It is also about the mind and heart. Although this practice is presented as a fun, tongue-in-cheek experience, it is a serious example of mindful eating and can be used as a model for other foods or drinks.

Mindful eating is a wonderful way to practice being fully present and engaged as you focus on the sensations available to you at any meal or cocktail hour.  A glass of champagne or kombucha is served to each guest as Marina guides us through this meditation.

Date: Friday, April 2th

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 Minutes)

Cost: $40

Release Love, Burn Negativity |

Candle Gazing Meditation

Most meditations are done with your eyes closed, focusing attention inward. A trataka is a different type of meditation, where you keep your eyes open and focus on a small point or object. Because this meditation is done with the eyes open, it’s a great option for people who have trouble containing their wandering mind. By concentrating on a physical object, it can be easier to stay focused.

If you’re struggling with meditation, this may be the class for you!

In this class, we utilize a candle to guide us, while you can meditate with any candle, selecting candles of a specific color will increase the effectiveness of your meditation.

Today, we are meditating with a green candle that focuses on forgiveness, compassion, inspiration, hope, love, freedom, and healing.

Date: Wednesday, April 14th

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 minutes)

Cost: $30

Taming Your Inner Critic

We all have one. An inner voice that expresses criticism, frustration or disapproval about our actions - the inner critic. It might sound like, "you should...", "why didn't you", "what's wrong with you?", "why can't you get it together?

The actual self-talk of the inner critic is different for each of us. The frequency or intensity of the inner critic can also be different. Regardless, listening to, or buying into the inner critic can be immobilizing. This extended guided meditation will uncover negative thinking to free yourself from the bondage of your inner criticism, judgement and bias.

As a gift, each guest will be given a sunstone which is the perfect stone to use if you are looking to activate your personal power. It can help you to enforce boundaries, build self-discipline, and will leave you radiating confidence.

Date: Tuesday, April 20

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 minutes)

Cost: $30

The DisOrganized Mind |

Breathwork Meditation

Coaching your ADHD brain to take control of your time, tasks, and talents through breathwork.  You have to breathe, so why not use your inhalations and exhalations to manage your ADHD symptoms? Several studies show that rhythmic, paced breathing balances the autonomic nervous system. What does that mean to someone with ADHD? Deep breathing exercises can help you become more attentive and more relaxed at the same time.

Each guest receives a small crystal kit to aid in the daily struggles of ADHD.

Date: Thursday, April 29

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 minutes)

Manifesting Love & Connection |

A Heart Opening Meditation

Many of us are growing more and more familiar with our breath—being mindful of its natural tides, turning to it in moments of stress or anxiety, and using it as a tool for calm. Paying attention to our heart, on the other hand, is rarer—and capturing a moment with our own heartbeats can be an elusive and fleeting experience.

In this guided meditation Marina invites us to turn our attention to our hearts the same way we might practice with our breath, linking the two in a way that cultivates feelings of connection and love. It’s something that can be practiced perfectly well on your own. And to augment the experience, Maria suggests an exercise to share with a friend or partner, using touch and simple observation to create gentle, loving connection.

As a gift, each guest will receive a heart shape rose quartz.

Date: Thursday, May 6th

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 minutes)

Cost: $30

Knock Me Out |

Sleep Focused Meditation

Going to bed with mental chatter is not likely to produce the most pleasurable sleeping experience. We’ve all been there—when it seems impossible to quiet the noise and finally rest. It takes us longer to get to sleep, and it’s harder to stay there. If you’re looking for a toolbox to harness the voice in your head, we recommend you attend this class.

This class focuses on accepting the present moment without judgment, which includes all of our thoughts and feelings, decreasing excessive thoughts (mental chatter) and emotional reactivity (stress and anxiety).

Prior to the meditation class starting, our certified ear seeding healer plants 24k gold or Swarovski seeds on your ear to stimulate pressure points which provide constant, gentle pressure to help with sleep.

And if you really looking to be knocked out you can add-on a weighted blankets and a pink quartz eye mask for $10.

Date: Thursday, May 12th

Time: 5:30 & 7:00 (45 minutes)

Cost: $35

Each guest takes how a beautiful Amethyst Raw Crystal which helps bring tranquility and inner peace.
